hey @Nathan2118 - I think you can just edit (should be edit link along the bottom) the post - remove the name Guvje from the current listed owners and and lawerencce and tommy_t the screenshots are correct.
As this was never fixed and Tommy_T is once again an active owner of the town, this town is no longer available to be claimed. Locked.
