Hey guys! Thing here. I would just like to get word out there of BirchBay and its cheap plots. We love builders and would gladly accept any of them. Plots are $5 a block for builders and $7 a block for Res+. We've got a town farm, mine, soon to be spleef arena, portal, and I will provide water placements, repairs, and tp's to all residents. If your looking to buy a plot just PM me, 00cherokee, or xmalicious. Another thing to check out in town is the Cherokee Tower! Its very nice, and can be seen straight out of the town portal. Stop on into BirchBay and grab a cheap plot, but don't worry, the prices aren't going anywhere
