1. Vote for nstars
   1. Auction them
   2. Sell them
2. With the money, save up for mayor/town
   1. Get mayor
   2. Sell plots and make money
3. Repeat 1.
4. Then save up for President and get extra town.
   1. And sell plots for more money
5. Repeat 1.
6. Get more towns.
   1. Selling more plots.
7. Repeat 6.
8. Rank up.
