Things an ECC newb didn't find easily....

That is not to say they aren't there, I've just not found them....yet.

1) I wondered what was the difference between Legacy and Rising - a friendly forum thread got asked and now I know. And it seems both lead to same mining world

2) I wondered why I sometimes got exp for mining and other times didn't. . . I finally found a clue that said only in mining world was exp given. So then I wondered it /wild lead to any random world and if so was there a way to limit it to mining world? And was there a way short of mining coal to tell if you were in an exp world or not.

3) Experience shop - I have managed to get 41 levels (no signs made yet to bank my exp on) . . . but still don't have enough to buy a 6K enchant. Could someone figure up how much in levels it would take to earn a 6k item? By the way, the tut on making signs for sell/buy/storage rocks!!

4) I figured out how to lock a chest as a builder on my not too well hidden "home" on some non-exp giving world. Question - can someone drop lava on my locked chest and if so, will it burn up? Can a locked chest on a town plot be destroyed. On that note...

5) In a town, I will get build perms on my plot and no one else will - or is it perms to whole town therefore fellow residents can grief? I see some folks evicted for griefing just trying to understand what they can and hopefully cannot hurt.

6) how about adding to the mcmoo commands page the command to make a skill stay on screen - I've seen it twice and managed to completely forget what it was when I actually wanted to watch my progress on a skill.

I will go back to fishing and thinking.

It did, thanks much!! I may try my hand at a wee tut on the forums once I'm a bit older so this may get added to (old ladies tend to have poor memories lol, i should know)

 

A forum search revealed how to make a donation chest - alas, a wiki search did not. /cdonation

double checked - it isn't listed but yes yes, I keep that page up when I play. Just listing stuff here I cannot find in case it is worth adding to the wiki. Off to make more money and exp, hepefully I won't die and lose my enchanted tools - again lol.

 

Alas, i cannot find cdonation or /cdonation or "create donation chest" on the wiki anywhere.
