thehockeykids2 says I broke rules that were never on board!

    thehockeykids2 currently the mayor of MineYork, had said that I have broken a rule within a town, which when I read it, was not there, that spefic ban was not there. He said that he does not allow people to resell plots for a bigger price, which i was, I was making rooms, and then selling then on a specific price! I got very angry, as I had spent every bit of my savings along with the building blocks, to get this plot and property, so technicaly i have not broke town rules! He said that he would put that rule a few days later, so I demanded my money back to give him back the plot, he said he will never give my money back, I said that i would report him for it, he said he does not care, it's basicly fraud! I'm not asking you to ban him but make him give my money back. As I want to live in a town that allows this like Distropia where I am currently doing the same!

    Okay, as stated in the Rules,

    Although taht was not in a rule, i disregarded it,and it WAS in the rules when you entered.
    I DID say that you may remove your plot, but you did not repond. i also then posted a sign on your plot

    In teh rules it DOES NOT say that i must refund you.
    I also when i first saw you advertise,pm you saying that i do not like that. You continued to complain via PM,and did not listen to my explination and THE OFFER to give you a second chance.
    I am STILL able for you to collect your stuff, id you still wish to do so.
    Also me removing you was NOT because of the plot selling,but the rude PMs that were sent to me, wich falls under the
    part of the rules.
    i gave MANY chances for you, but you refused to listen,making me remove you

    This is perfectly legal, even if you hadn't did anything hockeykids could've removed you.

    thehockeykids this evidence is after you told me that you are not allowed and you have proparly already put that rule now to show more evidence. You have given me $1000 but i still have not got my full amount of $2500, I should atleast get $1000 more dollars. I would aprreaciate it, though its not my full money back along with my meterials. Give it to me tomorrow where me house (base) used to be. Thanks, I understand business and you must be in a shortage of money, therefore I only ask an extra 1K, and i can recover the rest of my money easily by selling the other property's i have. I will continue to build my Property agency in other town.

    And also, you made you own job, besides it's still a rip off for me because when i first came into the town, that ban was not there, i know it said that Mayors can delete you for any reason, but this is crazy! This is an economy based server, hardcore economy based server, and I am trying to do a business, which you are denying me because of a simple sign post saying that you can delete me for whatever reason, therefore you could have deleted me for putting too many signs, or as i Planned, too much hight! I was done with the plot because i did not want to live there anymore, as i said ^^^ I will carry on with my agency, in another or several or hundreds of towns, however long it takes me.

    I DO NOT have to give you any money as stated before, so you are EXTREMLY lucky that i payed you ANY money at all, and i will NOT pay you any more.
    That is fine with me, you can carry on with your buisness, just not in my town.
    And. Again. I removed you because of your constant and annoying PMs, NOT because of you selling rooms in your plot for twice the amount of the plot price.

    from thehockeykids2 I dont allow people selling the plots more than the price they bought from

    This is not the exact saying but very very similair.
    The only possible reason you could have been annoying is because i said lots of short words or medium long sentences very quick way! besides it was before my chat you gave me no permission!

    Very well, I will not get more money from you, but it is still awkward that i had to get out of the town simply because you were annoyed of how quickly i was PM'ing you!

    I understand your frustration nishorgo yet there's nothing I can do. I suggest finding a town that better suits your business style. Hocky did agree to refund you 1k for the money you spent.

    Take the cash and your items/building materials. I promise you'll find a town that suits you more. If you wish /msg me in-game and I can help you.
