The Treaty of C. Xynth and @Exilenela - Unconditional Surrender of Piville - On this day, October 3rd 2014, the leading participants of the Pivillean war, Charles Xynth and @Exilenela, have come together to sign the official treaty between the two parties. By signing this treaty, Charles Xynth, current leader of Piville, accepts the following terms laid out by the winning party of the Pivillean war, @Exilenela: 1. Piville must accept and continue the truce currently active between both parties. 2. Piville officially agrees to the fact that the Pivillean war was completely the fault of Piville and @Exilenela only defended himself. 3.1. Piville will agree to immediately stop any armament. 3.2. The Piville missile silo needs to be filled with sand to make it unusable. 3.3. The Piville tanks and the fighter jet will be under the command of @Exilenela and @clou44 from now on. 4. Piville agrees to be supervised by @clou44 and @Exilenela using the arms set under new command according to 3.3. 5. All secret governmental plans concerning weaponry and scientific discoveries need to be revealed to @Exilenela. 6. Not following any of those sections will warrant intervention by @Exilenela and @clou44. This treaty will need to be accepted by the defeated Charles Xynth and the winners of the Pivillean war, @Exilenela and @clou44.

All farmers needed to buy our genetically modified seeds which are resistant against our weapon. Project name: Piium-Missiles Description: This project included research for the element Piium in order to create Piium missiles and explosive ammo. However, your research about Piium seems to have progressed faster than ours. Project name: SecureComm Description: The SecureComm is a device we used to communicate without the possibility of a third party listening. Dr. Kin was the leading developer. Project name: Piville arms Description: This project included most of the Piville armament, such as our Piville tanks or our fighter jet. This project might be interesting for you since you are now in charge of the Piville tanks and the only jet which survived the war. Extract from the diary of 314 512 bit encryption - Status: securePiville...since Xynth took over my place as the leader of Piville, I knew something like this had to come. He and his superiority complex were a dangerous combination, I should have never trusted him with the rank of the secretary of state. It should have been clear that he was aiming for the very top...finally, thanks to the help of @Exilenela, the Pivillean war has ended. This...was the good part. The bad part...is the current state of Piville. The day Piville surrendered...I was there... Piville has become a glorious nation while I was the great leader of it. Until Xynth decided that it was time to exchange the leader. I am still impressed about how he did it...apparently he even faked a press conference with an actor replacing me. The archive is invaluable for me; every document he forged has been stored there. It is incredible. For about one month before the change in leadership I have not received any official information, all I got were his fabricated information. I still have to understand everything he did...for example the ultimatum towards Kimigaya. It might be that he only did this to create tensions within the population of Piville which lead to the riots and untimately his takeover...well. Whatever his past plans were, they have failed with the end of the Pivillean war. Now all that is left of Piville...are ruins. Ruins showing the remains of the former glory of Piville. However, since @Exilenela has allowed Piville to continue existence, it might once again become the great nation it used to be. Meanwhile...I will need to focus on my own plans. Since Xynth is still the official leader of Piville - although supervised by @Exilenela - I even had to fake my own death. Although...only a few second later, and it wouldn't have been a fake at all. Since I am now presumed dead, I should no longer require to flee from Xynth's mercenaries. Now it is time to start Project Mystica. I have tried to work on it since I fled from Piville...and now I should be able to continuously work on it. Although Charles Xynth used to be the biggest threat, he is now kept under control by @Exilenela. The newer threat might be Sergeant Quart...I have never liked him, but he was very good at his job. It was already very late at Piville. Many people were already asleep, those still awake were either planning something evil or had much work to do. Sergeant Quart fulfilled both requirements. After a long day in the headquarter of the Piville intelligence, which was now supervised by @Exilenela, he put away the documents he had been working on and locked his office. This very night, he had something more important to do. He walked along the Cherry Blossom avenue in the Berlin district, heading for the Brandenburg gate. This was his normal route home, but this time he turned left at the gate and stopped in front of the closed military area which was now controlled by @Exilenela as well. "@Exilenela practically took over all important parts of the Piville governmental system...the military, the Piville intelligence, the government itself...I still can't believe that Xynth decided to surrender to him.", he mumbled which he crossed the red-white barrier tape sealing the entrance. While the new supervisors checked every nook and cranny of Piville for possible weapon systems to confiscate, only very few people were allowed to enter the declared military zones. But since Sergeant Quart had been here many times, he exactly knew how to evade the alarm systems. He headed for the Vehicle Assembly Building where a incomplete tank was still present, nobody had removed it yet. "It is time to restore the former glory of Piville, and it is up to me. The longer I wait, the more will @Exilenela's grip around Piville tighten. Xynth definitely won't help me, he would be too scared of the consequences...before he surrendered, he enjoyed the war like I did. But he seems to have gradually changed...now he is trying to keep the peace between Piville and any other nation. I guess 314 would like his current behaviour if he weren't dead." He entered the building and took a close look around the interior. "Now, where is this lever again?" Finally he found it, switched it and a hole in the ground opened. He stepped into the hole an followed a narrow path down into the underground. "It was a wonderful idea of Charles to trust me in filling the missile silo and the bunker with sand to make them unusable. All I had to do was to lie to him and fill the upper layer of the silo with sand." He entered the control room, the heart of the underground bunker complex. He had already spent many nights repairing multiple rooms of the whole structure which had already led to acceptable results; about 60% of the bunker were repaired at this time. "This bunker...this very room.... The great defeat of Piville...us loosing the Pivillean war...it all happened in this very room. And in this very room I will also start the operation that will bring Piville to the very top again. All I need is a little more time to realize my idea..." He entered the missile silo from the control room and patted the nuclear rocket. "Soon you will be finally used... @Exilenela will wish to have never messed with Piville..."
