~Lombard Town Thread~ ​

Hello everyone! Lombard is now open to the public and looking for residents+ (Or builders that are donators) to live in the Town! We are a luxury town that is for nice homes only, no farms are allowed. Because Lombard is Res+, grief will be kept to a minimum, making Lombard a great place to build a beautiful and secure home. We currently have Plots, Condos, Townhouses, Mall Plots, and Pre-Built Houses available for purchase.

Condo: 2k To Own OR 750 A Week​

Townhouse: 7.5k To Own OR 1k a Week​

Currently, we have one Pre-Built built and it is for sale. Please Pm either me or TJanicki to see this Pre-Built in game. Pictures of the house will be posted below. More Pre-Builts will be coming soon, so stay tuned to this forum topic.​

• Lombard has just acquired a new Co-Mayor! Please welcome Gernen to the Lombard Town Staff!​
• Construction on a new Pre-Built has begun. The house is located on a 30x30 plot on Fountain Square Dr. The main building material is bricks. Stay tuned for pictures or feel free to come take a look at the progress. ​
• The Lombard Mall is now complete. Mall spaces are 2k to own or 750 a week. Please Contact Illinifan or TJanicki to purchase.​
