i think it should be ether be all underground world or a planite hoth thing with walkers and every thing
Um, very vague, but I think you mean a world that is entirely underground, or one like from the planet Hoth from Star Wars. The problem with underground is people using their tpplus to go to the top block, and living in the void. Walkers though? A little un reasonable even for Minecraft.
No teleport features work in the Mining World. Andrew's looking into some fancy new generations for the next Mining World; who knows what it will be. However, since we regen it ever couple/few months, we may eventually get an underground-like one. That would be really fun, though I don't know how much can really be... mined? xD

The next mining world should be a mushroom biome, but big mushrooms like the jungle biome we have at the moment. That would be awesome, and there would be awesome PvP battles in the open ground due to the parties. Andrew, please give this a go
CHAOS TYME. Imagine a world only 10 blocks deep, full of iron and diamond but only 10 blocks deep and UTTERLY flat for pvp... i think so
An abandoned city would be cool, something like the new hunger games map that captain sparkles/antvenom and others played on.
