What puts you above other applicants: I am an innovative architect/interior decorator, and I plan every building I design (not sure if others do this). I have a whole binder full of Ecc plans and ideas for future buildings.

Will you be providing the materials for your building?: Yeah, I have some stuff in my chests in my town.

What is the pay you are expecting and for how much work?: I can probably do a portion of the sales from each building I create. Maybe 20-25% but it's up to you.
