My experience and knowledge can easily be adapted to building NYC style skyscrapers and tenements. I hope I'll be a great addition to your amazing project.

 

This is a great application, your building style isn't exactly what we're looking for but if you say you can adapt your style to skyscrapers then we will see what you've got. Your lack of donation features may be a problem but not too much.

 

It will definitely depend on the location of the building. This town will be set up like New York so the portal will most likely be on broadway so broadway houses will be more then a house on 14th and 1st so it all depends on the location

Will you be providing the materials for your building?: yes but it would be quite expensive

What is the pay you are expecting and for how much work?: I'll need a 15k down payment (to cover materials and such) plus 25k once it's done. We can negotiate this if you'd like.
