Hello and welcome to Lavinium, A great nether themed town with a city like feel! Beautiful pre-builts are made for your comfort. Stunning lofts, penthouses, and shop stalls fill the netherbrick streets. Every occupant here in Lavinium is treated equally. Everyone is accepted here, from Builder to Moderator. Public utilities are soon to come, that will include services like cooking pots, enderchests, enchanting and a public farm. There are many rentable features, including Storage Wars lockers, shops, and apartments. It is still a town under construction and always open to investors as this is a great boost in progress. We have various large condo's, a completed penthouse and another one soon to be completed. Private cooking chests could be arranged upon request. There will also be several statue platforms available for purchase! Build your own statue on crossroads in town for anyone to admire, or have someone build it for you. Very high on my list is a pvp arena in town. The building has already started and the funds are rising, soon you'll have the chance to go head to head with your rivals or watch others settle scores from your balcony. Last tweeks on public services and street names are being pulled trough. The app for the PVP arena will be placed later today! We will have a regular arena aswel as a self-repairing spleef arena. More additions and special memberships to the arena will be implemented as we progress on town. There will be some 10 x 10 and 15 x 15 plots ready in the near future!
