The "I am way too rich for you guys." collector's medal

Now, this is a legitimate suggestion I can get behind.

 

Do we have to hypothetically give up the tools to get the medal or just have all the tools?

 

Needs to go away. If not, people can just borrow the star tools for a day/2 until they give medal lol. FOR RICHES ONLY

We should have to collect all star tools and 17 double chests of exp, and 59 NetherStar blocks

I really don't know who would give up a couple million dollars worth of items... I mean, if anything, we should be making a new rank if people are willing to spend this much money.

 

Nstar+exp medal= A few mil

 

This medal would be worth a couple times as much as those two combined.

 

Also, wouldn't this just intervene with a market that's already there?

 

You said "I don't know who would give up a couple million worth of items", multiple people own the nstar, exp, emerald, and diamond medal, which is worth probably 3-5mil

 

Let's do the math:

Diamond Collector Medal, at 25 per diamond: 25 x 9 x 3456 = 777600
Emerald Collector Medal at 20 per emerald: 9 x 20 x 3456 = 622,080
Nether Star Collector Medal at 500 per nether star: 500 x 3456 = 1.728mil
EXP collector medal at $1.50 per orb: 1500 x 500 = 750,000
Total: $3877680

Now let me remind only one person has all the medals already. A few more of people had all the medals until the exp one came out.

Now, let's calculate the value of this medal using all the current star tools at 500 per nether star.
Melon Sword: 1mil
Star Bow: 1.1mil
Star Axe: 750k
Star Sword: 1.1mil
Star Pickaxe: 750k
Star Rod: 750k
Star Shovel: 750k
Total: 6.2mil

Now that's worth very roughly twice as much as all the other medals combined and worth 1.2mil more than ecolegend. There is only like 5 players who can afford this and i'd seriously doubt they spend this much for a medal. As i've said, if we do have players spending this much, we should just make a new rank instead of this medal. Sure it sounds cool, but is impractical in reality.

 

Lets just put in all of our belonging our real life house, car, computer, ext. For the medal! Deal?
