The Construction of Percote Updated Picture :?: History /Myths of Percote :?: Percote was a town or city on the southern-side of the Hellespont, to the northeast of Troy. Percote is mentioned a few times in Greek mythology, where it plays a minor role each time. It was said to be the home of a notable seer named Merops, also its ruler. Merops was the father of Arisbe, Cleite, and two sons named Amphius and Adrastus who fought during the Trojan War. As an ally of Troy, Percote sent a contingent to help King Priam during the Trojan War - though this contingent was led by Merops, who later died by the hands of The Trojan's thought they had won the war as the Greeks seemed to have disappeared and had a celebration after fighting with the Greeks for 10 years. The Greeks left a parting gift of a wooden horse which they wheeled into the city, which actually contained greek warriors which killed and set fire to troy winning the war. A bump since a little bit has gone on since the last post Third floor inner walls are done, Currently working on the outer walls and 1/4 of the paved flooring covering the roof of 2nd floor =] Thanks to Polar who donate a large chest of wood among other valuables which will be used to help get closer to protecting the town =] New updated picture soon =]
UPDATES ON PERCOTE Well after a long time, i finally get round to editing this topic about the progress. It has been slow, i agree, but things are starting to come together quickly, The third floor is now completed and ready for opening! 1 Tower is finished and ready for opening Things to do before invite are sent > Last Main Tower > 3 Small Towers > Small Outer Walls > Editing outskirts so it doesnt look world edited! Heres How to get an Invite The only way you can be apart of this town is by being personally invited by myself, currently i havent got enough money for protections and stuff but as soon as i do, it will go on here as the only thing i have done of this world so far is this town =P Want a place?
