Seems a little too high. Usually I can get one for 40k/day or like 5k/hour. Would you be willing to do this?
Prices are firm. I have had several renters at this price and I believe it's fair considering melon farming can make upwards of 40k/hr

Thanks for understanding! Once you hit mayor rank ask again Or if you get some donation features then I will be more comfortable renting to you. I don't have a farm but you can buy perms at /warp farm for $10,000 ecd. I believe @samiwarbler sells perms.
