Hello ECC I am starting up a small loan business for the people of ECC. The thread will be updated whenever I have more funds to offer. Rules and Requirements: Spoiler Must be Resident+. (Builders may be accepted if they have donations totalling $25 or more, screenshot proof required of /mydonations) All loans will require a contract that has been signed by you and approved by a member of staff. Loans under $20,000 ECD will have a repayment of 3 weeks, can be negotiated, loans over or equeal to $20,000 ECD will have a repayment of 5 weeks, can be negotiated. Loans may be late up to 1 week, but a $2,500 payment is applicable per day. If the loan has not been payed of a complaint will be filed. Any user with a ban history of loan scamming and/or failing to repay will not be eligible to recive a loan. Loan applications will be processed in 1-7 days and I reserve the right to deny you application Current funds: Spoiler Currently Avaliable: $140,000 ECD. Charges: Spoiler I charge a fixed rate of 2%. It would be worked out like this, where 'y' is the amount loaned and 'a' is the amount of days. ((y÷100) × 2) × a × y The late fee is $2,500 per day late up to 1 week, then a complaint will be filed. Example: Bob loans 25,000 and wants 2 weeks to pay it back, therefore: 25,000 ÷ 100 = 250, 250 × 2 = 500, 500 × 14 = 7,000, 7,000 + 25,000 = 32,000.
