Howdy everyone! It has came once again, 2012's NFL Superbowl! Who's your team? Why? What made them successful? Say why you think your team is better then the other! Just talk football!!!! My team for this year is the New York Giants, some reasons that made me think this is the following, and I know they can do so. Pressure Tom Brady: This certainly is no secret. If the Giants want to win this game, they have to pressure Tom Brady all night long, stay in his face, hit him as much as possible, and generate sacks and potentially turnovers. Brady is one of the best quarterbacks in the history of football, but he can still be taken out of his game if you don’t give him a chance to be settled. Pressure Him Without Blitzing: Not only is getting that pressure on him important, but the Giants are going to have to be successful at doing it without blitzing extra people. The Giants have a fantastic front four, and those guys will have to be sufficient to get to Brady and harass him, because the defense cannot afford to take away guys who should be left back there to cover all of the Patriots offensive weapons. ^ The comment that made me think the NYG will win, they can do all of this, and it's the MAIN thing the NYP have over the NYG (Also willing too do some side bets!
Yes Giants! These are my opinions on some players/offense and defense... Manning (of course): Great passing, could've done better, seeing that there were open guys in left in right lanes every time he threw the ball away. Brady: Again, great passing, but almost ALWAYS on target. The players he passed to were the problem. Possibly overconfident...? NY Defense: Yes. It won the game for us. Especially that last play, where there were 5 guys on top of the one smurf in the end-zone. NY Offense: Made some catches, missed some catches, my favorite catch was Nicks with that 2-feet-in-pushed-out-of-bounds pass, where he got some 50 yards or so...o.o NE Defense: I didn't exactly watch the defense or offense of New England lol, so...yeah... Anyways, my throat is going to be sore from all the screaming I did tonight. I LOVE YOU, NEW YORK GIANTS!!!! PS, I wonder what the city looks like...lolol...
