[Suggestion]

-1. Pyro+ to not die to lava + get skill in Acrobatics... There is pretty much a way to prevent all death if you donate already. Having an all-death prevention ability (godmode) will throw off the economy and many important aspects of the game. If you want to build safely, you can still donate to do so, just with a bit more effort...

We aren't a creative server, which are generally the only popular/well-run servers that offer godmode. As well, Andrew doesn't even give SuperMods godmode anymore because it can be easily abused - I doubt he would allow other users to have it.

 

water+, pyro+ and fly. Stops you from drowning, dying from fire/lava and dying from fall (given /fly is enabled)

 

Well, if one feature is basically a combination of things you get from other features, why would people get donation features like pyro+ and water+?

 

Well, we discussed this earlier, but I do feel it diminishes the point of pyro+/water+. I bought pyro+ solely to not die in lava for instance.

 

A feature with that much ability would have to be worth a bit wouldn't you think? Kind of like how investigator is a very handy feature, but it has it's price tag. So what if God Mode is $100 USD? Well then you could buy Water, Pyro, and Fly for $90 USD and save.

Hmm I thought regular water and pyro give protection.... I'm not sure I got the + at the same time.

 

Many people bought the feature for the protection, not for the fill. (although I bought it for the fill with water)
I myself bought pyro+ because I didn't want to die in lava/fire, this donation feature you're suggesting would lower the worth of pyro+ and water+. Because why get water+ and pyro+ if there's another feature that protects better?

 

Or just don't add a feature that other features already have covered. People who bought the pyro+ and water+ features for their invincibility would suddenly lose that. Donation features must not conflict at all costs, adding a feature that takes away from other features is a big slap in the face to those who already bought said features.

180 and you are almost invincible to screwups.

 

+1. I'd buy this if it were enabled in worlds such as the nether. Even with Fly+ and Pyro+, I would like the peace of mind.

I think this is a good Idea. However I do agree with MoofinK. Maybe it could only work for falling damage and damage from mobs and pvp? Not water or lava or fire. But then it would be pretty pointless. Unless this feature was added for $100 for example and it removed all damage. If it ever was added it would have to be big bucks.
