Well you aren't broadcasting the convo in global chat which covers the "touchy subject " aspect Instead you are having a serious convo with a staff member a friend etc
Talk on skype, or email, or other forms of communication. It seems to me like this suggestion is trying to bend the rules.
That it should not be implemented whos to tell me I can't talk and ask about why my friend was banned?
