Voting site selection is done based upon that sites SEO. I don't suggest that we change to a new one just to fix a voting issue, simply vote at a consistant time, and you have no issues.
i understand andrew stated he based it on the most traffic from a site. what is an seo also? i cant vote at a consistant time aswell. no chance for me to do so.
Vote 1 does not have a 24 hours cooldown...for me, vote 1 and 2 both reset sometime during the night (Central european standard time) and vote 3 has a 12 hours cooldown. And if you time it right, it should be possible to fit into almost any schedule. I mostly vote twice a day at vote 3.
