Minecraft Name: AgentHare Suggestion: To give extra days of voting for the end donation credits everytime someone gets lucky Reason: I'm getting really tired of the same people winning the donations to the point where it isn't really a competition anymore. With the whole you can vote twice on vote 6 every day, it becomes very unfair and I think there needs to be some type of balance. If someone gets lucky, they should get extra points/days/tickets whatever goes into this. The people who do take advantage of vote 6, I guess, will still be able to win but just so it isn't completely one sided other people have a small chance. *Note: I was kind of wrong about this, its one day but still nonetheless Other Information: nopee. You completely misread my suggestion. Please note I wrote that there's a bug/glitch/exploit where you can vote twice on vote 6. In June I voted everyday and got fourth for this exact reason.
4th is better than nothing.. It could also be the same vote amount, just randomized to decide who gets first, second, third, etc. I like the idea though. Maybe have an extremely small chance of one vote counting twice?
If 6 people vote the same amount of times then the first place will be one person randomly chosen from those 6, the 2nd from the remaining 5, the third from the remaining 4, etc.
What. The suggestion is if someone gets lucky, their vote will count for the donations prizes another time. Say there are 31 days in a month. That would be 186 possible votes. If someone got... some type of lucky.. "Giga Lucky!" I don't know, another vote will be added on. So it would be 187/186 possible votes. If kuke's statement is what we do now.. I guess this will fix that I don't know. But, that should be in place because this one person is always winning.
Ah, I can definitely agree with that, I see the same people win voting over and over and over. This would make it slightly more lucky to get up on the board then just voting every day.
Having one or two luckies in a month will not get you voting rewards. I can't expect to vote and miss 2-3 days of voting and still make the top list with my 4 luckies I got. Basically, it will add some luck to those (such as yourself) who vote every day and cause it to be a bit more chance.
Some people get around 8 lucky votes per month. If each of those lucky votes counts as an extra vote, they would be 1 day and 2 votes ahead of everyone else.
Assuming they voted every single day. So if you vote every single day, and only get 7 lucky votes, and Bob123 votes every day and gets 8 extra votes, it'll add more luck to it. But Frank123 who votes 28 days in a 31 day month and gets 8 extra votes, it'll do nothing at all.
Then there's really absolutely no reason to add it, because only a tiny number of players will get it, and unless they vote every day then it won't make any difference.
And that can mean the difference between the same person winning over and over and over again or someone new being able to get the same fortune.
