Suggestion- Unban all public IP's such as AT&T IP's. (Im probably not going to use the right terms in this thread lol) Reason- To be honest, I am getting a little tired of every time i log on withought wifi im IP banned. Anyways, if a bad user got perma banned on one of these IP's it would matter if you unbanned it because they could just restart their phone and have another IP. Additional info- Im not sure if there's a way to tell what IP's are what, but if its possible, I would like this to happen.
If there is a possible way, a perm banned user could just get a alt account and use a public wifi connection and they wouldn't get banned. Even though it's a good idea, I don't think it will happen, sorry.
I'm not sure if you don't know this, but you can already change your IP manually. Also, I should have stated im only talking about the forums.
To my knowledge, IP's change from time to time. It would be hard to tell which IP's are public, and which are not.
Well, I would guess that a cellular service provider's IP's would be different than... Say.. A personal wifi
Bump Finally, my ip just refreshed. Again, I was banned on a public ip (service provider) and had no reason to be banned.
-1 This request isn't really feasible. I understand your frustration, but it is just one of the issues we all have to deal with in the modern world.
For one im never home, i have many after-school activities and so does my brother (yes we started school already), and for two I can't play on my desktop during the weekdays.
Due to issues regarding ban bypasses and other things like that, we will not be doing this. If a player is on a public banned ip then they should contact administration regarding this issue. Locked and Denied
