    Suggestion:
    Remove the nickname cooldown timer

    Reason:
A restriction should not be applied to the nickname feature.

    Any Other Information:
Why have a restriction on a feature that I payed $100 for?

The main concern that came up that caused the cooldown timer to be implemented was if someone were to abuse the feature. Apparently this happened last night when someone started changing their nickname to all the names of Pokemon. My question is why put a restriction on the feature when staff could just as easily /realnick the name and find the user that is abusing the feature and tell them to stop?

Rules can be implemented to prevent this, yet instead I am cut off from the feature I payed for.

Another problem that comes up is that I, as staff, actually have a need to remove my nickname (for displaying my real IGN in a /ban reason.) Now say this for example; I ban a user and then re-apply my nickname. Before the cooldown timer expires, another user decides to break the rules and I have to disable my nickname again. After banning that second person, I am left without being able to use my feature.

If you have any real reason why the cooldown timer should be applied to the nickname feature please, do share. And don't give me that #dealwithit crap either.
