[Suggestion] Remove netherstars

Suggestion:
Get rid of receiving netherstars via /vote. Instead, give players $150 dollars, the value of the netherstar.

Reason:
Well, I'm glad you asked! If netherstars are gotten rid of, then less will be in the economy. No more corrupt netherstar market where huge drops and rises are commonplace. Then, once this occurs get rid of the purchasing of star tools and star items. This will make the star tool people happy, and the others too. They'll keep their tools, and then sooner or later they'll die out from natural causes. Only a select few will own these tools, and soon those oldies will go inactive or drop it in lava, etc. Here's a little FAQ that I will answer;

Yes, they do. They will keep having an advantage as long as they have that tool. But, they worked hard for it! A good example of this hard work is @ClarinetPhoenix . I remember her during the summer, chugging along! She would give us updates on how far she had gotten today for her netherstar goals and would be mining away. Her hard work gave her that star tool, and that's fine! She earned it! The rest of us will have to think of ingenious ways to make a bit more money than the average player, which is how new ideas travel and circulate!

What will I do with my netherstars!? I've been saving them up for ages!

Well, to solve this problem I give the owners something they can do. Make netherstars worth a certain amount of money that can be agreed on for all users. Then, people can sell their netherstars and get compensation!

Go die! My star tool makes me money!

Listen, as I said before, all users will keep their star tools. They can still be sold and traded for. It's just that there is less of them in the economy. Soon their numbers will decrease, thus allowing less and less users to buy them and use them. Then they will disappear completely, and all will be normal again!

Pff, why do I care?

You care because you love this server. You want it to be the best it can be! In 2012 the voting reward was money, not an item! This worked out just fine! Why change something that has been working forever?

Well, to be honest, good riddance. Obviously if you are asking this question you probably aren't used to change. You've been doing the same things over and over again, mining with the same pickaxe, fishing with the same rod, and repeating the same tasks over and over again. Are you having fun? I don't believe so! Why not have to earn some cash without star tools? Sell plots and prebuilts, show some real talent! This server isn't just about the economy, it should also be about community.



Other Information:
Well, I'm hoping the staff don't look at this as, "Oh gee, another radical." Locked. I would like to see some change. Many of us do. Not the old, "We're getting there." Even some promises, some posts of ETA's. I know good things are coming, but what things?!
