It's currently locked. No one can post to it. The staff actually has the password to the account. It's up to Andrew if he'd like to unlock it.
Yep. When that was made by an Ecc user a while ago I took it over for staff. As Ryan said staff have control of that sub-reddit, but for it to be opened up Andrew would need to approve.
