Exactly what the title says. I think the mining world should be increased to 7500x7500 because I do not believe that it lasts all month. Right now, it is the 20th and it takes a few tries to get to a mining location that is not eaten up by an eff7 tunnel.
Bump I just came on here to suggest this. +1. With more and more eff7's there is a growing need to buffer them from tearing up those lower y levels. Only way to do that is to either reset them or to make it bigger.
Dig down from the surface 10 times right before a reset in a random spot, then tell me how many times you find a spot new chewed up by an eff7. I got a solid 5/5 last time. That means half of it has been by the eff7 alone, there's hardly nothing left. The point? we need to expand.
The mining world is fine as it is - Just because you see an eff7 tunnel doesn't mean it's the end of the mining world and you have to mine somewhere else. Whenever I bump into a wall, I just keep mining through it, and I still find plenty of ores and diamonds, heck, you can even find plenty of ores that the EFF7 LEFT inside the eff7 tunnel. The key thing is there's still plenty of ores in the mining world, and the size is currently fine as it is. -1
When I've mined before, I've picked up plenty of ores without reaching a EFF7 tunnel for a while, and so have many other players. There's so many more locations out there to mine that aren't with eff7 tunnels, and you just need to find them, by mining, of course.
https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/an-unusual-clearing-project.134062/ Tested something like that back in September... aside from the fact that the map creation failed, there were so many areas that were still untouched. I attempted to randomly dig into walls to find eff7 paths behind them, but often, I failed to find any. Also, I earn about as much at the end of the month as I do at the beginning of the month. As said above, eff7 users leave lots of ores behind, they also uncover rich caves without caring about them.
