IGN: Original_Jackson Suggestion: Make the various horse equipment types able to sell to the server. Reason: Frankly, no one really buys horse armor anymore, this is especially the case for name tags, saddles, and iron horse armor. I could MAYBE sell iron armor for 10, and name tags and saddles the same. I suggest making the horse amours worth around 100 -500 to the server, depending on the materials. Saddles- 100, name tags- 150. I know this isn't a major change but I feel like it could be a help to players who find dungeons and want to make some quick cash. And because these can't be crafted, it should increase their value.
TBH I dont really think this would help. I sell horse stuff just fine in my spawnshop, adding a server price would probably just make it worth less.
But what about people like me with no spawnshop? And %99 percent of other people, I don't even take the armors except diamond at this point.
I have a very healthy supply of horse armor in my shop and I have never sold a single one. I haven't checked recently, but my shop has been historically cheaper than most and I still can't move them. Secondly, saddles at one time used to be worth $200 I believe. I'm not sure why they were lowered.
Exactly, most spawnshops advertise their diamond horse armor for 2-4.5k and I have managed to sell3 at 500.
I personally think horse prices & horses should be a user controlled market. After what hapeed to diamonds..
would you really sell iron horse armor for 10$?! If so, I'll buy if all! I have a wide variety of horses ( 25+ ) and want to rent out stalls to people. I'll be happy to hear from you.
Where did I say $10.... Obviously something like that would not make a difference, I am talking around $100-$200 for iron, $400-$500 for gold, $900-$1000 for diamond.
Ya, saying I might be able to sell it to someone for 10 on a good day, not I suggest the server price being 10, sorry for the confusion.
This is a MUST idea! I really think it will improve the economy. For example, its another reason to mine.
