-1, Books are annoying. With all the information needed for new players they may as well just go to the tutorial. If I joined a server and I got a book with 10+ pages in it, I'd leave.
I'm not saying 10+ pages just 5 quick main rules, link to the more advanced ones etc I also did some research before i suggested this, if you look at a lot of the largest servers on minecraft, Most of them have a book like i am talking about here.
