What the the title says. Staff members should be encouraged to use proper grammar when giving out warnings. It's hard to take people seriously when they go 'stahp dont do that' or 'pls dont'. I'm not saying they should be 100% correct, but simply using a capital or at the very least proper words goes a long way. And yes I understand that they may want to get their quickly, but I've been staff before and know it isn't that hard. I'm not singling anyone out, but this is rather silly.
I can't speak for all the staff obviously but this is typically how you can tell whether I'm serious or not. If I say "stahp don't do that" it isn't actually a warning and while I may not like what you're doing I don't have a basis to stop you. Considering otherwise it would be nearly impossible for me to differentiate when I'm actually warning versus when I just don't like something.
Bash, when I was scrolling down recent activity and saw this, I chuckled to myself xD lol and was like "Yes please" Anyway +1
