Suggestion:
Wiki needs to be edited to reflect new rules regarding ownership of more that one SpawnShop.
Reason:
It is now possible to own more than one spawnshop so the rules should reflect this change.
Any Other Information:
Current Wiki Rule:
http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/in...e-Shop_Rental_Application_-_.245.2C000.2FWeek - States Maximum one per user!
Approved contract showing ownership of spawnshop:
http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.110128/
Approved contract showing "temporary" possession but not ownership of spawnshop:
http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.110117/
User clearly owns 2 spawnshops now so the rule should be edited to reflect this change.

I'm not sure if this should be changed because technically the user is no longer the owner of this shop until it is returned to them.
Meaning if the user 'renting' the already rented spawn shop was banned it would not be returned. -
I don't think that this needs to be changed. By "you cannot be the owner of a multiple spawnshops" it means that you cannot be under the owners list for multiple spawn shops (I mean in /rg i).

He doesn't own two spawnshops, he owns one and has legal contract to the other. This has happened many times in the past and as he does not rent both at the same time, I do not see a need for change.

Thank you for clarifying this as I had no idea it could be done and had not personally ever seen it before.
To the others that responded, thank you for sharing your opinions.
One other clarification since I have seen nothing in the rules regarding this - I assume there is no limit to the amount of spawnshops I can have "legal contract" to.

Thank you. -
I would just like to add that as far as the staff are concerned, there are two separate owners. Oxwood has all rights that a normal owner would have, such as the ability to transfer the shop away or let the time expire. The staff wouldn't prevent that from happening, as technically ownership was transferred to oxwood. The contract means that should this happen, oxwood would have breached the contract and would owe the money stated in the contract.
I agree that the wording of the contract is perhaps not the best, but as far as staff are considered there are 2 different owners.
As you have asked for this to be locked, I will do so. Should you have any questions/want to continue discussing this send me a PM and I'll unlock it :)-
