    Minecraft Name: knears2000

Suggestion: To allow the bypassing of caps to state a fellow player's username.

Reason: I feel it is only right to address someone by their proper name, as well, it is a valid message that is not trying to cause discord/problems. Of course, should problems arise, it can be easily treated as a trolling issue and can be handled as such.

    Any Other Information: Nope.

+0, I can see it being abused by some people.

So many players bend the rules anyway, I don't see how this would add to that.

I guess this wouldn't hurt, but I don't really see an issue either way.

However, adding a clause to the rules that allows an exception in these cases would further complicate the rules - Something works against the administration's intentions of simplifying the rules.

Bump - I don't want people being warned for saying the capitals in my name correctly.

    No bypassing caps.
I've seen names such as "LMAOOOOOOOOOO" and I'll be damned if that gets posted in chat because it's a name.
