Reason: I feel it is only right to address someone by their proper name, as well, it is a valid message that is not trying to cause discord/problems. I guess this wouldn't hurt, but I don't really see an issue either way. However, adding a clause to the rules that allows an exception in these cases would further complicate the rules - Something works against the administration's intentions of simplifying the rules.
No bypassing caps. I've seen names such as "LMAOOOOOOOOOO" and I'll be damned if that gets posted in chat because it's a name.
