-1 Staff do not forget about appeals, we check the 2nd and 3rd page normally. I'd like to quote @clou44's post on a suggestion of similar nature:
Plus, once posted, it's really only staff who should be posting on appeals or complaints, unless additional information is requested, so... OCD bothersome or not, it is ultimately the staff team's problem; we know it's there and don't need to bump the thread in order to work on it, so to do so would be a moot point. Don't want to see open threads on the second page? Don't look.
As a general policy we (and the players too from the impression that I get) want to cut down the amount of posts on complaints by other non-staff players. This would only cause the opposite. Staff do this themselves as well, just behind the scenes We message each other when things have been left etc. So I don't really think that this is a necessary change of policy.
