Suggestion:
Auto Loan: Add a comand for people who wish to lend out high level tools without the risk of losing them to scam, eg with item in hand (Loan) <Name of person loaning to> (timeframe) (Price) now here is the important thing, The person you loan it to could still screw up and brake the item were this comes into play which would be a background code not visible in game (ItemBreak=True)(Fine user <amount> ) (pay to <your name as the loaner) so for example if you loan bobby your melon sword and he break it he would be fined 600k which would go to you and his balance would go to...saying he has $0 his balance would go to -600k until he pays off that debt to the server.

now forthe auto RGI: I believe and have seen this first hand that some users cannot afford to pay the full amount of a plot and or just want to have it for a small amount of time and then get there own town so here is the auto rgi basically you input this code (Rg addmember townname (user) (TIMEFRAMEINDAYS) after that amount of time the plot is no longer theres but you would need to factor in say he wants the plot for 1 week you would give him 10 days as regulated by the 3 days he has to remove his items :).
Reason:
I have seen people who get loan scammed quite a bit and I have seen people who are about to get a town but have no wereto store there things or just want to try out the town.

umm no there would be set prices for set items a wooden pick if broken would probably give the loaner $10

 

or whatever a wooden pick is worth it would go by the nstar price of the star tool

 

you need to read my suggestion before you post, if the person you loan it to breaks it they get a massive fine of whatever the tool is worth TO THE SERVER and you receieve that money and your tool is gone.

 

what i meant was the average price in the shops atm which is about 350 so 350x1500 which is around 550k

 

no it does not spawn money omg... You lose the tool so the economy stays neutral how is that hard to comprehend

 

its not putting money into the economy and if it is put a small tax on it of like 10k

first off it goes by the average selling price of an nstar if you go and start selling nstars for like 5million a piece no one would ever buy from you Do you even comprehend a single part of this suggestion

 

if an melon sword is selling on average for 550k and yours is broken by the person you loaned it to they would be fined 550k and you would be given 540k or whatever the tax is agreed to be
