This suggestion is just a quick one, but one that I think would help. If the staff could have a section where they could move locked staff applications OR delete them all together it would be good. My reasoning for this is that the user is no longer applying for staff and therefore they have no need for the application to be there, also it improves visibility to the apps that are still open. Let me know what you guys think!
I think an archive would be better just in case the user wanted to re-open their application. +1 to the archive suggestion.
-1 locked staff apps should be left up for visibility. people might try to copy another persons staff app and with locked apps being deleted there isnt anything to compare it to.
But only after staff picks are done, I think it's meant that if somebody has their app locked while you can still apply.
I don't think it is that much of an inconvenience really, and by the end of the staff applications those threads that were locked are more often at the bottom anyway. I think that staff apps should be left visible for the duration of the application period.
