Minecraft Name: chargers2417 Suggestion: The ability to trade portal locations with another user. Reason: There may be users who, when applied for their portal, not gotten the best location. These people may pay big bucks for a better located one. Could create a new market between users and create more goals for users who are potentially getting bored of ECC, might give them something to do. I am seriously worried whether my current portal will remain in the front row. We waited until all the other rows were filled, just so we would get a portal in the front.
I was just thinking about this today. Buying and selling Portal locations! Great minds think alike, and maybe dumb ones also!
Interesting idea, seems possible, not sure why I'd trade my front row portal for your back row one unless I really didn't need the town, which, literally, if I bought a portal for all that money, I probably would.
It could be something like a spawn shop, where you pay a lot of money for the most premium location. Also, I'm sure there are mayors with decent locations that don't tend to their town anymore, giving them a way to make money for something they might not use.
I actually really like this idea, my spot last time was right at the front, and would like that to be the same this time if possible, if trading could be possible, that'd be awesome! +1
Simply makes sense, as pretending that portal location has no effect on a town is somewhat silly; let the lucky either treasure something great or let them make some cash off it.
I don't think the original idea for portals was for builders to come wandering.. I don't see why it should be an issue that it is in the back row. If I were a builder I would not go down to the 6th floor of portals just to go into the front row. Although I like the idea.
I like the idea . I see it may be frustrating for Andrew, but, it would help take money out of the economy and create a new market for trade between players. Revanrose6
