Minecraft Name: Legoking236 Suggestion: I think that ECC should have an annual purge, so basically pvp, is enabled everywhere, and if a town owner ops into it, griefing will be allowed in their town for like 12 hours one day, and all things against the rules are allowed during this period all staff help will be suspended, all grief of corse will be rolled back afterword Reason: I think not only would it be cool, but also would help alleviate some of the rule breaking, as people would hopefully get out all or there rage, so it doesn't happen Any Other Information: not really Link To This Plugin: i dont think there is a plugin for this.
-1 I do not PVP, and to enable it everywhere means I can't play ECC. It may be selfish, but I like to play ECC and any suggestion that makes that less enjoyable for me, (having me stay away for the time this is active), I have to disagree with. I also disagree with the premise that it would "alleviate the rulebreaking".
If we did this about 3/4 of ECC would sign off for the 12 hours. PS: That includes me. I do not PvP and I do not wish to try and moderate during a PvP Environment. I do not want to be worried that the person I am tping to to help might be planning to kill me. Or their friend might be planning to kill me. Or they are in a large group of people who need help one of em then kills me. I'm sorry, but no. Just no. The cons sorely outweigh any pros there might be, if any. Further, any builder logging on during this time would likely leave. Why should they stick around in a place that appears to be 24/7 pvp. No ty.

No. It just won't work, since this has nothing to do with the economy, I don't see why we need it, or you even want it.
I'm not saying it would alleviate all rule breaking but you would surely see a drop in rule breaking, as people who harbor a hatred for one and other may wait until the purge. You would not moderate at all, all staff services would be suspended, also this would go on during the night (e.g 9pm -9 am) not when the bulk of players do not get on, so there would be minimal builders getting on therefore minimal loss of new players Well, these mostly don't seem like organized well though out ideas. It actually has a lot to do with the economy, as it would most likely stimulate sales of enchanted armor and weaponry, since there is a bigger reason to use it, also the only thing that is rolled back is the grief, so players inventories are not, personally i think the is may alleviate the "begging builders" since many are good at pvp, they would be able to get a lot of valuable items and sell them, thus they would not have to beg P.S.
