It's nearly impossible to find sugar cane. I spent time lookin and could only find two. Without water placement it is hard to make a farm out of the Wild. Is there anything that can be done about this?
You only need a single block of water and a single sugar cane to make a farm... Nothing will be done about this.
Sold some to a player looking earlier, 20 for a stack. Try a different spot in the wild I see water sources all over the place. Not prudent to make a great home in the wild anyway so relocation should not be a big deal for you. Seems like some of the towns have public farms you might be able to use as well if you joined one. As of this writing there is none for sale on the web auction house so I will throw some stacks on there and see if anyone buys.
