Andrew, checked for a 3rd time and I missed on the first 2 that station 35 is taken until Nov 18th. I'll go with my 2nd/3rd option. I'm sorry, I was really sure it was available (must be the our, 4 am haha).

edit: So, 35 is empty and it's owner hasn't logged in for a day and more (as of nov 11) and it has a week left. I'm wondering if that would end in eviction since there aren't 8-10 signs.
If that's the case, could I, please, apply to that one? (Although it's rented until the 18th... But according to the rules it's eligible for eviction if I'm not wrong).
