I just want to go ahead and endorse Sparkwood, it's an awesome farm with epic rooms and totally worth the rent price Perm access is pretty sweet too
Pm me in game for more info, i will be on in about two - three hours @snowbleie . But minimum price is 5k ( one week normal repairs included free) to 100k (permanent access plus unlimted enchanted repairs this is what skylexia bought)
im not interested in buying but with a farm this size and a half decent axe your looking at making 20k-30k a hour which means with 4 hours work in a week you can buy perm access which would lead to many riches so i believe this is a good deal
