Would be nice but i dont think andrew would do this i think this is for the plugin dev's, wich is what i think you were going for :3
I am not completely sure about how the lwc plugin works for bukkit, but I figured you were able to set perimeters on what exactly the commands work with, such as set lwc private for certain blocks ie: chests
