Unless you have siblings that play on your account or you might share it with a friend of yours, I don't think that any money was illegal taken out of your account. Considering you say that is was exactly $1,000 taken from your balance, I'm sure that you either purchased a lottery ticket or you used the /shout command. In any case, there is nothing more we can really do about this problem. If you feel your account is not secure, I would suggest changing your password, but other than that, I can not get the money back for you. No action taken. Locked.
