Sign removal in front of my spawn shop

I recently moved into spawn trade shop 20. When Andrew set up the boundaries he accidentally left one row of blocks open that were not supposed to be. He later came back and corrected the boundaries. Before he corrected them I put a sign down in the front of my shop that says "under construction". Now I am not able to remove the sign as it is "protected".

Can someone please remove the sign for me if possible? Thank you in advance.
