there was a man i payed on your server to transport my horse. he had fly and was going to fly it to my home. he then took the horse and signed off without me knowing where he took it. he now owes me 10,000 dollars for my horse. Please find him and kick him along with making him pay me the 10,000 dollars.
Please use the correct format. Also at this time there no way to enforce rules against horse thievery thus there are no current rules against it.
