So I’m looking for ideas on what to do with my new town and originally I had planned for a uniquely themed shop town- not to be mistaken with shop plots though. but now I’m wondering if it’s worth it to make a shop town- like at this point people have to give out free plots to even have the hope of getting their town looked at. so I guess I’m looking for either confirmation in the shop-industry or if I should switch to a different idea.
Mmm from what I noticed most towns are usually inactive aside from the larger ones like bird I would say making a town just to turn it into shop plots wouldn't be that productive when you have places that can barely keep shops open for long as is
So either I would need to get the big players in the shop market to join into the town... which could happen... or switch the town to a different idea. hmmm... What would i switch it to though lol, the last thing i would want is a plot town or a farm town- at least for this particular theme
What I have found is that you really need prestige to make a large shop really work right now.. sure smaller shop plots can make some money depending on the location but if your looking for something bigger it’s best to wait until you can /sell for a better price. I will say that the “bulk” market can be profitable. The issue is you need more of a team in place to gather the blocks.. unless you are also buying in bulk as well. That requires a lot of time and effort to make any real ecd.. I have also been looking to setup a “server shop” of sorts but have had a hard time finding enough trustworthy players to make it work..
