Denied [SG Server Suggestion] Add parkour to sg lobby

I do not agree with adding parkour to SG. I think it is boring and no one will play it.

 

No one already plays SG to begin with.

-1 for it being in sg. I’m sure we won’t build one in every server (because it would look like we are stealing the idea from another popular server). Imo, it would probably be better in main

The fact that you have to wait in an empty room for an arena to become available to join should be enough reason to warrant it specifically in SG.

also who the fuck cares if other servers do it. they all do it for the exact same reason and that's to give people something to do while they wait.

shying away from a good idea because someone else also did it is retarded.

 

The point of this is to pass time while waiting for players to join SG. We're not waiting for players to join the main server.

 

I mean if you think it is boring fine that's your opinion, but to say no one will play it is ridiculous of course they will. They'll do it without even thinking.

On to the next point @Jdawger the only reason you don't want to add it in sg is because you hardly play it. Who actually used the parkour world that was on the server before, very few. However the fact that this parkour will be put in a place where people have to wait it's going to have a higher amount of people doing it. Your point is just incorrect.

This is a great idea. If they don't want to lower the amount of people you need to start the game a good bit of parkour at the start will account for that wait.

Simple idea, no harm done if it is added, Why on earth not?

Parkour would mean building out spawn or something unless you want a tiny and probably easy course. Too much effort.

What if we just added a little fenced in area in the corner with PVP on so you can punch your friends to death while you wait?

 

Would be fun, but not as much fun as parkour

 

I think you mean "no effort"... at least on the staff side.
Just set a small area for the parkour and let someone build it. Parkour isn't focused on how pretty it looks anyway so literally anyone can do it.

Its not uncommon for staff to assign work to players- especially when its directly for the players.
You've done it for the spawn- that was large scale.
This is tiny. I think its quite unfair for you to play this suggestion off due to "too much effort".
