What would happen and how would someone go about selling their only town as mayor? Do you look your mayor rank?
You can sell your town to another player by removing yourself as mayor and adding them. You will not loose your rank as mayor. It is not an official process as Andrew doesn't support user-user town trades.
O ok so if I was to sell my town then they would still need me if they want to put in the portal, pvp area etc. I think then it would be better to sell it to someone and then stay on as a comayor so if they need anything then I can do it. Is that right?
If I'm right, you don't need to be added as a co mayor to apply for town features, just as long as you were the original owner of the town.

Also, only original owners of towns can apply for features. As far as Andrew is concerned, the person who bought the town still owns it.
