    I am selling the beautiful town of DrakeManor. This town is very historic, and I was lucky enough to claim it. I will continue to work on this town until an offer I find fitting comes along, as this town is quite spectacular.65

    This town has some great features:
    -Horse stable with 2 free horses.
    -Town Portal/room.
    -Blacksmith.
    -Wheat/pumpkin/reed farms.
    -Almost finished quartz road.
    -Plot outlines.
    -Prebuilts.
    -Amazing landscaping, gives the town a more natural feel.
    -Marketplace with stalls.

    @SKSoccer well start at 180k. Top floor portal is a priceless feature and the just that and the Quartz road alone make this price more than reasonable, not to mention the other features.
