I, as an EcoLeader, currently have a town claim available to me, though I have no interest at this time in acquiring another town (I think I may already have too many). So... I'm selling the town claim to anyone willing to meet my price for their right to assume 'original ownership' of a town of their choosing. The selected town in question must meet all the Town Claim requirements, with any town claim contract observing the 3 day waiting period between claim app filed and approved to ensure the niceties are observed. Sorry, @Jdawger ... but I'll give you first dibs on my EcoMaster one when I have the rank (should be soon... or if you wanted to pre-pay for it, I'll be able to apply for EcoMaster right away).
You are such a wonderful friend @KMaxwell but I would feel much better if you would let @Jdawger buy this claim and I will be happy to prepay your next claim. This seems much more fair to me and so I will wait patiently for that claim to be filed and then send you the payment and info as soon it is complete.
I appreciate it @AdmiralD. Because of this, the town I will claim will not only have me (and @Iamjustapony ) as owners, but my favorite EcoLegend too.
