Selling the Town of Billington

I'm selling the town of Billington, this was my mayor town and a lot of effort has gone into building it.I don't feel I run this town well and I don't seem part of the town enough so i'm selling it.
The town currently has:

• A pvp arena(designed and built by me)
• 2 heal signs (one set up for acrobatics and once set up for sword/axes training)
• A town chat(If you want to try its /ch billington)
• A big portal(A 5x5 big portal, on floor 16 back row)
• A 100x60 melon farm(this is currently a town farm)
• A 200x200 pumpkin farm(has the water done and 1/2 the seeds, And is also at Y:180)
