I'm interested in selling the spawn town Venito. The original town link can be found here. The town was purchased for 2.3 mil. It is already flattened, and is ready to be built on. If you're worried about gate access from ascension, I can assure you access so long as you have intentions to build something decent.

Sure thing, I've currently got $381k in my balance, with an eff7 pick that'll generate me $500k in hopefully 6 hours of mining. But, we'll see what happens.
On second thought, I will try to buy this. I have about 7 dchests of various ores. Let me break em' and I'll see what I can offer. Should be over 500k, upwards to 1mil. I can also take loans from my associates. Give me a day or so, and I'll make an offer over 50ok toward 1mil.
I am very interested in buying this. However, I am not interested in running another spawn town. So I will likely be giving it to a friend as a viceroyalty. For those who do not know, viceroyalties are pieces of land, and sometimes entire countries, that are technically owned by a king, but governed, operated, developed, and ruled by someone else. Simply put, viceroys are rulers who basically have control over a territory without completely owning it. If anyone is interested in serving as my Viceroy of Venito, assuming I purchase this tomorrow, then I'll consider you for the position. I also am not looking to profit from this, so you can keep any profits you make.
I'm interested because it is a spawn town but I really hate the fact that it is completely cleared. I would prefer if it were built up like the towns around it. What would be the least you would take for it?
Thanks @donkey5k for thinking of me, however, since Mendiboi has expressed an interest in this town I will abstain. He is by far the better choice to have this town since he already owns most of the rising spawn towns anyway
@AdmiralD if mendiboi already own's most of them. maybe he should refrain so other also might be able to own an spawn town maybe he have enough on his hand's
I happen to be a little poorer than normal, since the stockholm purchase cost me 2mil... I'm trying to raise money though, so idk if I'll be able to make a competitive bid.
