I currently have the following mob traps available. These are fully setup and I am currently the only person that has access. I set them up personally for optimal spawn rates and ECD/XP production. 1 Double Skelly/Zombie fully setup with one location. Last One!! 1 Quad Spider setup for spiders to drop and collect in one location. Makes about 12k-15k per hour with bane5 loot3 swords. With all mobs giving 2xp per kill these are the best way to get xp currently and are more valuable! I'm am looking for reasonable offers based on the time it took to set these up and how much can be made. You will be the sole owner as I will remove the home once sold. The skelly/zombie start at 50k and the quad spider at 75k... PM me in game or on forums with offers if interested. First come first served as I am looking to move them quick!
